Câmara de Lobos
Câmara de Lobos the fishing village is an attractive village by the south coast sea whose main activity is fishing.
Upon arriving at the village you will find many colorful boats in the bay just waiting for fishermen to take them out to sea.
Children and adults socialize in the narrow streets, the place where most of their time is spent.

Cabo Girão
Cabo Girão is famous for its cliff which is the second highest in the world, 580 meters high. It is a well known belvedere with fantastic panoramic views. Here you will find the Chapel of Our Lady of Fatima, which was built in 1931 and is one of the main pilgrimage sites on the island.
In 2012 the area was remodeled and now it has parking spaces, shops, cafes and, in the belvedere, was built a glass platform. At the bottom of the cliff you can see the sea and some cultivated land known as 'Fajãs do Cabo Girão', accessible by sea or cable car.
Cabo Girão was ranked in September 2014 by Condé Nast Traveler magazine as the fifth most incredible cliff in the world.

Cabo Girão Cable Car "Rancho"
Cabo Girão cable car connects the Sitio do Rancho and the Fajãs do Cabo Girão on a trip that offers beautiful views of the typical Madeira terraces located on the "fajãs" seafront and the south coast.
Cabo Girão cable car was initially used as a means of transportation by farmers in the parish of Quinta Grande to access the existing agricultural land. This infrastructure also offers its visitors a modern bar and restaurant service.
Opened in August 2003, Cabo Girão Cable Car is composed of two cabins, with a maximum capacity of six people.
Pico dos Barcelos
Built in 1950, the Mirador do Pico dos Barcelos is situated in the parish of Santo António at about 355 meters of altitude. From this viewpoint you can contemplate a breathtaking view over the bay and the city of Funchal, with the Desertas Islands in the background.
This belvedere has recently been refurbished, now contemplating more green spaces and zones of commercialization of regional products, crafts and of restoration, new areas of leisure and support and a substantial improvement in the access and pedestrian circulation and automobile.
